About Me

I am originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. I received my undergraduate degree from Northeastern University in Boston before beginning my early career in recruiting. This is where I learned how to build meaningful relationships and support people through a change process. I later went on to pursue a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from The Wright Institute in Berkeley, California.

I am trained to focus on understanding relationship systems and how they impact individuals, couples, and families. As someone who has experienced a range of human experiences myself, I also bring my own wisdom and ability to relate to my clients.

When I am not working, I enjoy traveling, hosting my family and friends for a home-cooked meal, and exploring comedy, film, food, and art in New York.
